About the event

Shivaratri is the night when Shiva is said to have performed the dance of primordial creation, preservation and destruction.

It is also the day Shiva was married to the goddess Parvati. The ‘Great Night of Shiva’, marks the convergence of Shiva and Shakti, divine feminine energy.

We will invoke Shiva’s supreme power through meditation, chanting, and storytelling.

Come and join in singing chants of celebration and chants of longing in the Indian Hindu tradition!
