About the event

If you're looking to supplement your morning coffee, join us for 90 Minutes of deep relaxation with breathwork, stretches, and yoga postures. 

Ananda Yoga uniquely uses affirmations to help you reprogram the mind and body so you can: 

  • Think Better! Experience clarity and get ready for a creative and productive day...
  • Feel Better! Release fear and anxiety so you can face the day with a postive outlook...
  • Learn the Art of Relaxation! Believe it or not,  most of us don't know how to relax. Discover tools to practice relaxation even after you leave.

All levels are welcome. 

Beginner-friendly! The postures are invigorating, but not strenious and no experience is needed. 

Suggested Donation: 

Sliding Scale $10-$20 

We run are non-profit! We appreciate an energy exchange but will not turn anyone away for lack of funds.
