How do we love in challenging situations when we feel fear in our hearts?

The teachings of Yoga provide a means to expand our hearts' love by being spiritual warriors.

In this workshop, we will use yoga and meditation to facilitate being courageously loving, beyond resistance, judgements, and self-doubts.

We will explore time-tested ways, in our own bodies and nervous systems, to be channels of divine love. When we attune our hearts to Spirit, we then know a higher force blazing within us. We are then guided by the divine love that transcends human sentiment. With ongoing practice, reactive impulses lessen their hold.

• Balance your energy to awaken a strong, calm, and loving warrior spirit
• Use yogic techniques to release tension in our heart and mind
• Purify your heart chakra to release contractive hardwiring
• Channel your energy is healthy ways to bounce off negativity of others
• Guided meditation to experience an ocean of divine love within you

Led by instructor Paul Fetler:

Paul Fetler is a certified Ananda Yoga and Meditation Instruct who has regularly been teaching since 2006. He shares inspiring and fun workshops that combine practical wisdom, storytelling, spiritually focused asana, and meditation.
